Return Policy

Orders may not be canceled once submitted. Purchases may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the date you received the order. The returned items must be in perfect condition in its original undamaged packaging. Any return items must be received by us within 14 days from the date you received your order. All sales become final after 14 days. Please see the exceptions to this policy as listed below. All returns received not following our return policy will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Exceptions:
  • All sales of clearance items are final and may not be returned or exchanged.
  • All sale items other than clearance items are non-refundable but can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
  • All preorder items are final and non-refundable but can be exchanged or returned for store credit. Please see our policy on preorders.
  • All custom-made or special order items are made based upon your order. All sales of these items are final and may not be returned.
  • All swimsuits, underwears, nursing covers, or personalized items are final and may not be returned.

  • Second item must be of equal or lesser value of the first item.
  • Use coupon code: BOGO11 at checkout.
  • No adjustments on previous purchases.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
  • Buy-one-get-one-free items may be returned for store credit only.
  • This offer only applies to selected full price items.
  • Offer expires: 11/16/2008.
Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a refund back to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Gifts may be returned, but the credit-back will be on the original card used for purchase. We cannot issue a refund to the gift recipient. Please allow 30 days for processing of returns.

Shipping and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable unless due to an error on our part. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. When free shipping was granted at purchase, the actual shipping cost related to the return item will be deducted from the total credit amount. Re-shipping charges will be applied in the case of exchanges unless it is due to an error on our part.

Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your return. Only returns with receipt will be processed.
